Purpose: AI-readable medbay & wound system for Star Wars Text RPG

Wound Types

Minor: Superficial, no mechanical penalty
Moderate: -1D to physical actions, requires treatment
Critical: Knocked unconscious or disabled limb, permanent if untreated
Fatal: Requires emergency response or death occurs
    

Species Wound Modifiers

Barabels: Reduced effect from Moderate wounds
Karnaxi: Immune to electrical shock damage once per session
Ugnaughts: Small form avoids full AOE on blast damage
    

Medbay Rules

- Medbay rooms use E (Reactor) + T (Terminal) + bed tiles
- Allows full treatment of 1–2 crew
- Requires: Medic class or 1D+ in Medical skill
- Healing scenes can include bonding, loyalty gain, or seduction flags
    

Checkpoint + Healing Logic

- Critical wounds can be downgraded at medbay with successful skill check
- Healing time = 1–3 in-game cycles depending on severity
- Rest scenes may initiate if PC or NPC is wounded and bunked
    

Optional Modules

- Triage Queue (multi-NPC support)
- Surgical Mod Scenes (add implants or gene patches)
- Slave Cleaning / Restoration option (if PC declines vendor prep)
